AUTO segment space management not valid with DICTIONARY extent management
Error Cause:
in CREATE TABLESPACE, the AUTO SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT was used with a DICTIONARY extent management clause.

How to Solve :
Either specify LOCAL extent management or remove the AUTO SEGMENT SPACE MANAGEMENT specification.
