Oracle Database Error Code ORA-36718 Description :
(XSALLOC00) You do not have the necessary permissions to use AGGMAP workspace object.
Error Cause:
The user did not have sufficient permissions to run the ALLOCATE command

How to Solve :
Change to a user ID with the appropriate permissions, or use objects that you have permission to use.
