Oracle Database Error Code ORA-36686 Description :
(XSDPART24) Value number is not in partition number.
Error Cause:
User attempted to reorganize a list partition template by removing a value from some partitions list, but the value was not in the list.

How to Solve :
Ensure that the given values match the given partition.
