Oracle Database Error Code ORA-36681 Description :
(XSDPART19) Partitions string and string are out of order.
Error Cause:
In the definition of a range partition template, a partition with a lower range boundary was listed after a partition with a higher range boundary.

How to Solve :
Alter the order of the partition definition list.
