(XSDPART02) You must specify a partitioning method and one or more partition dimensions when defining a PARTITION TEMPLATE.
Error Cause:
User tried to define a PARTITION TEMPLATE without a PARTITION BY clause.

How to Solve :
Add a PARTITION BY clause.
