Oracle Database Error Code ORA-36220 Description :
(XSLPDSC01) All dimensions in LIST number are also in the IGNORE clause.
Error Cause:
One of the dimension lists in the dimension loop descriptor had no base dimensions except those in the IGNORE list. This leaves no dimensions for looping over.

How to Solve :
Fix the dimension loop descriptor.
