Oracle Database Error Code ORA-34164 Description :
(MXCGVAR01) A dimension used to define a local string variable cannot be located. Execution cannot continue.
Error Cause:
A local relation or valueset has become invalid, most probably because an object used by the currently executing program has been deleted.

How to Solve :
This is an internal error that should be referred to Oracle technical support.
