Oracle Database Error Code ORA-34021 Description :
(MSCGADD04) You must specify a partition when maintaining PARTITION TEMPLATE workspace object.
Error Cause:
User attempted to MAINTAINT ADD or DELETE a list value from a LIST partition template, but didnt specify which partition to add to or delete from.

How to Solve :
Specify the partition: maintain (template) add to partition (partitionname) (values) or maintain (template) delete from partition (partitionname) (values)
