Oracle Database Error Code ORA-33911 Description :
(MAKEDCL29) You cannot define a string in analytic workspace string because it has not been upgraded to version string.
Error Cause:
User attempted to define an object that requires a certain compatibility setting in an AW that has not been upgraded to that compatibility level.

How to Solve :
Make sure that the database is running in the appropriate compatibility mode, and upgrade the AW.
