Oracle Database Error Code ORA-32838 Description :
exceeded maximum number of properties
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to alter a property list where the number of properties in the resulting list exceeds the maximum allowed.

How to Solve :
Order the elements of the alter list differently so the number of elements in the resulting list is less than the maximum.
