Oracle Database Error Code ORA-32772 Description :
BIGFILE is invalid option for this type of tablespace
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to create a bigfile tablespace that is dictionary managed or locally managed with manual segment-space management.

How to Solve :
Either change the tablespace type to locally managed with automatic segment-space management, or create a SMALLFILE tablespace instead.
