The EXPLAIN_MVIEW facility failed to explain the materialized view “string”.”string”

Error Cause:

The dependent object(s) of the materialized view may have changed. The materialized view may no longer be valid.

How to Solve :

Execute ALTER MATERIALIZED VIEW COMPILE and to determine the status of the materialized view in catalog views.
