Oracle Database Error Code ORA-32120 Description :

Buffer size is less than amount specified

Error Cause:

The buffer size specified for the FILE read or write operation was less than the amount to be read or written.

How to Solve :

The buffer size must be equal to or greater than than the amount to be read from or written to the FILE.
