Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31645 Description :
unable to read from dump file “string”
Error Cause:
Import could not read from the dumpfile, probably because of a device error. This message is usually followed by a device message from the operating system.

How to Solve :
Take appropriate action to restore the device.
