Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31607 Description :
function string is inconsistent with transform.
Error Cause:
Either (1) FETCH_XML was called when the “DDL” transform was specified, or (2) FETCH_DDL was called when the “DDL” transform was omitted.

How to Solve :
Correct the program.
