Oracle database error code ORA-31488 – cannot support change set string in this configuration

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31488 Description :
cannot support change set string in this configuration
Error Cause:
Change sources with the hot mine option enabled are limited to 1 change set. The system detected an existing change set so a second one can not be created.

How to Solve :
Associate the change set with a different change source.
