Oracle database error code ORA-31429 – subscription has not been activated

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31429 Description :
subscription has not been activated
Error Cause:
The called procedure required an activated subscription.

How to Solve :
Check the subscription name and correct if necessary. Call the ACTIVATE_SUBSCRIPTION procedure for this subscription and then reissue the original command.
