Oracle database error code ORA-31422 – owner schema string does not exist

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31422 Description :
owner schema string does not exist
Error Cause:
Value specifed for the owner parameter does not contain the name of an existing schema in the database.

How to Solve :
Recheck the name, and call the procedure again using an existing schema name.
