Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31073 Description :
Resource not retrieved using path name
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to access the path name of a resource that was either never saved to disk or was loaded using a method other than with its path name.

How to Solve :
Perform path name operations only on resources obtained using a path name.
