Oracle Database Error Code ORA-31068 Description :
updateXML expected data format [string] instead of [string]
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to use updateXML to update data with a node of the incorrect type. Text and attribute nodes must be updated with string data, whereas element nodes must be updated with XMLType data.
How to Solve :
Use CREATEXML or getStringVal to coerce the new data to the proper format.
