Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30951 Description :
Element or attribute at Xpath string exceeds maximum length
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to insert a node of length exceeding the maximum length (specified by the maxLength facet) into an XML document.

How to Solve :
Do not attempt to add a node exceeding the maximum length to XML documents.
