Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30742 Description :
cannot grant SELECT privilege WITH HIERARCHY OPTION on this object
Error Cause:
The user tried to grant SELECT privilege WITH HIERARCHY OPTION on an object that is not one of the following : object table of non final type, object view of non final type.

How to Solve :
Ensure that the SELECT privilege WITH HIERARCHY OPTION is granted on a valid object.
