Oracle database error code ORA-30684 – specified role could not be enabled

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30684 Description :
specified role could not be enabled
Error Cause:
The role specified for use by the debugger could not be enabled. The role may not exist or may not be granted to this user, the password specified may be incorrect, or the authenticating routine for the role is not currently active.

How to Solve :
Correct or remove the role or password argument in the debugger connection request.
