Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30505 Description :
system triggers should not reference a column in a WHEN clause
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to use a WHEN clause to reference a column with a system trigger, but this type of trigger is not supported because a system trigger does not have a base table.

How to Solve :
Change the WHEN clause to an appropriate clause.
