Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30458 Description :
string.string cannot be refreshed because the refresh mask is string
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to incrementally refresh a summary that is not incrementally refreshable.

How to Solve :
Do not attempt to incrementally refresh the summary; use full refresh instead.
