Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30437 Description :

all job queue processes have stopped running

Error Cause:

All of the job queue processes used by refresh have stopped for some reason. At least one job queue process must be running in order to refresh summaries.

How to Solve :

This is an internal error. Notify ORACLE technical support
