Oracle database error code ORA-30399 – a skip level must have at least one column that allows NULL values

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30399 Description :

a skip level must have at least one column that allows NULL values

Error Cause:

A SKIP clause cannot be specified with a level when all of the columns that make up the level have NOT NULL constraints.

How to Solve :

Drop the SKIP clause.
