Oracle Database Error Code ORA-30037 Description :
Cannot perform parallel DML after a prior DML on the object
Error Cause:
Attempt to perform parallel DML after another DML on the same object in the same transaction.

How to Solve :
Use bitmap segments to perform multiple (parallel) DML operations on the same object. Or commit before issueing the DML
