Oracle Database Error Code ORA-29959 Description :
error in the execution of the string routine for one or more of the index partitions
Error Cause:
An error occurred during execution of the routine for one or more of the index partitions

How to Solve :
Check the *_IND_PARTITIONS view to see which partitions are marked FAILED. Rebuild or Truncate the FAILED index partitions
