Oracle Database Error Code ORA-28274 Description :
No ORACLE password attribute corresponding to user nickname exists.
Error Cause:
LDAP user entry corresponding to user nickname does not have a ORACLE password attribute or the attribute is not initialized.

How to Solve :
Make sure user entries in LDAP are correctly provisioned with correct ORACLE password attribute values.
