Oracle Database Error Code ORA-28182 Description :
cannot acquire Kerberos service ticket for client
Error Cause:
An attempt to use a Kerberos forwardable ticket granting ticket to obtain a Kerberos service ticket failed.

How to Solve :
Check that the Kerberos forwardable ticket granting ticket belongs to the client, is valid, and that the key distribution center is available.
