Oracle Database Error Code ORA-26754 Description :
cannot specify both one-to-one transformation function string and one-to-many transformation function string
Error Cause:
Both a one-to-one transformation function and a one-to-many transformation function were specified for a rule.

How to Solve :
Remove either the one-to-one transformation function, or the one-to-many transformation function.
