Oracle database error code ORA-26696 – no streams data dictionary for object with number string and version number string from source database string

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-26696 Description :
no streams data dictionary for object with number string and version number string from source database string
Error Cause:
An attempt to access the database object failed because the data dictionary for the object was either never populated or it was purged.

How to Solve :
Make sure the streams data dictionary is created by calling DBMS_CAPTURE_ADM.PREPARE_%_INSTANTIATION.
