Oracle database error code ORA-26677 – Streams downstream capture process string cannot proceed

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-26677 Description :
Streams downstream capture process string cannot proceed
Error Cause:
Database global name has been set to a value which is same as the source database name of the downstream capture process.

How to Solve :
Change database global name to a value other than the source database name for the downstream capture.
