Oracle Database Error Code ORA-26577 Description :
PRESERVE TABLE can not be used when dropping old style materialized view string.string
Error Cause:
The materialized view consists of a view and a container table.

How to Solve :
Drop the materialized view without PRESERVE TABLE option.
