Oracle Database Error Code ORA-25353 Description :
branch marked for deletion
Error Cause:
The branch specified cannot be killed immediately because another session is using the branch, but it has been marked for kill. This means it will be deleted as soon as possible after the current uninterruptable operation is completed.

How to Solve :
No action is required for the branch to be deleted.
