Oracle database error code ORA-25262 – agent name cannot be NULL if address is a multi-consumer queue

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-25262 Description :
agent name cannot be NULL if address is a multi-consumer queue
Error Cause:
The name for the agent in the LISTEN call was not specified when the agent address was a multi-consumer queue.

How to Solve :
Specify a non-NULL name for the agent.
