Oracle Database Error Code ORA-25257 Description :
consumer must be specified with a multi-consumer queue
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to register on a multi-consumer queue without specifying a consumer in the subscription string.

How to Solve :
Specify a consumer in the subscription string.
