Oracle database error code ORA-24776 – cannot start a new transaction

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-24776 Description :
cannot start a new transaction
Error Cause:
An attempt was made to start a new transaction when session was already attached to an existing transaction.

How to Solve :
End the current transaction before creating a new transaction.
