Oracle Database Error Code ORA-24406 Description :
API mode switch is disallowed when a call is in progress.
Error Cause:
A mode switch from OCI8 to OCI7 was attempted in a callback.

How to Solve :
The user should perform the API mode switch either prior to initiating the top call or after the main call is done.
