Oracle database error code ORA-24398 – connection pool already exists

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-24398 Description :
connection pool already exists
Error Cause:
A connection pool has already been created for the specified pool handle.

How to Solve :
1) Specify a different pool handle to create a new connection pool. 2) If you wish to modify the pool parameters, call OCIConnectionPoolCreate in OCI_CPOOL_REINITIALIZE mode.
