Oracle Database Error Code ORA-24080 Description :
unschedule_propagation pending for QUEUE string and DESTINATION string
Error Cause:
A propagation administration command was issued for a queue and destination pair whose propagation is being unscheduled.

How to Solve :
Do not issue propagation administration commands for a propagation schedule on which there is a pending unschedule request.
