Oracle Database Error Code ORA-23603 Description :
STREAMS enqueue aborted due to low SGA
Error Cause:
An attempt to enqueue a STREAMS message was aborted because ORACLE is running low on memory allotted for STREAMS.
How to Solve :
Either start consuming messages by enabling any STREAMS propagation or apply which might be disabled. An alternative is to allot more memory to STREAMS, which can be done by increasing the streams_pool_size initialization parameter if one was defined or by increasing the shared_pool_size.
