Oracle Database Error Code ORA-23437 Description :
template authorization already exists for user
Error Cause:
The specified user already has been authorized to use the specified refresh group template.

How to Solve :
Check the values for user name and refresh template name or query the DBA_REPCAT_USER_AUTHORIZATIONS view to ensure that the correct values were passed as parameters.
