Oracle database error code ORA-23354 – deferred RPC execution disabled for “string” with “string”

Oracle Database Error Code ORA-23354 Description :
deferred RPC execution disabled for “string” with “string”
Error Cause:
Deferred RPC can not be executed at the destination with the specified catchup value because their propogation has been disabled.

How to Solve :
Enable deferred RPC execution with the dbms_defer_sys.set_disabled call.
