Oracle Database Error Code ORA-23323 Description :
parameter length exceeds deferred RPC limits
Error Cause:
A deferred rpc parameter was longer than the deferred rpc limits of 4000 bytes for char/varchar2 parameters and 2000 bytes for raw parameters.
How to Solve :
Use smaller parameters.
