Oracle Database Error Code ORA-23304 Description :
malformed deferred rpc at arg string of string in call string, in tid string
Error Cause:
A deferred RPC call was issued without the correct number of arguments as determined by the count parameter to dbms_defer.call

How to Solve :
Be sure the number of actuals matches the count.
