Oracle Database Error Code ORA-23301 Description :
mixed use of deferred rpc destination modes
Error Cause:
Replication catalog determined deferred RPC destinations were mixed with destination determined by other mechanisms in the same transaction.

How to Solve :
Do not mix destination types in the same transaction.
