Oracle Database Error Code ORA-22925 Description :

operation would exceed maximum size allowed for a LOB value

Error Cause:

Trying to write too much data to the LOB value. LOB size is limited to 4 gigabytes.

How to Solve :

Either start writing at a smaller LOB offset or write less data to the LOB value.
