cannot use the LOB INDEX clause for partitioned tables

Error Cause:

An attempt was made to specify a LOB INDEX clause in a CREATE TABLE or ALTER TABLE statement for a partitioned table.

How to Solve :

Remove the LOB INDEX clause.
